Ingredients
- salmon fillet
- 1 cedar plank
- olive oil
- seasoning of choice
Instructions
- Soak cedar plank in water overnight.
- Pat salmon dry.
- Place salmon on the soaked plank.
- Brush with olive oil and season.
- Cook on grill using indirect heat for about 15 minutes, until salmon flakes easily.
