Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups pumpkin
- 1 cup oil
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Beat sugar and eggs together.
- Mix dry ingredients separately.
- Add pumpkin, oil, and vanilla to the sugar mixture.
- Fold in the dry ingredients.
- Pour into a 20-inch sheet pan.
- Bake at 350°F for 30–35 minutes.
