Ingredients
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Pepper (optional)
- Chicken breasts
Instructions
- In a bowl or zip-lock bag, combine soy sauce, lime juice, dry mustard, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, and pepper.
- Add chicken breasts and marinate for at least 30 minutes (longer is even better).
- Grill chicken over medium-high heat until cooked through, about 6–7 minutes per side depending on thickness.
- Serve with fresh grilled pineapple slices on the side.
