Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients together.
- Combine egg, milk, oil, and vanilla.
- Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients. Stir until just combined.
- Cook on a hot griddle until bubbles form on the surface, then flip.
