Ingredients
Biscuit
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp sugar
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp cayenne
- 4 oz sharp cheddar
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup melted butter
Topping
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp minced parsley
Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients together.
- Stir in cheddar.
- Add buttermilk and melted butter. Stir until just combined.
- Drop onto a baking sheet.
- Bake at 475°F for 12 minutes.
- Melt topping butter with garlic powder and parsley. Brush on warm biscuits.
